Processing & Tracking
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details by email/SMS (if provided at checkout).

Address Changes
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately—address updates may be possible before dispatch.
If an address change is made directly with a carrier after dispatch, we cannot guarantee successful redirection and we are not responsible for parcels that are delayed, misdelivered, or lost due to third-party redirection requests.
Delays, Lost Parcels & Unclaimed Deliveries
